We had a fence company hit our gas line and needed it repaired quickly. Mr. Rooter was there quicker than any other plumber could make it and did an excellent job. Jeff was our Plumber and he explained everything in detail and they were able to fix our gas line & have it inspected promptly. Jeff was very friendly and we would use them again
Upon setting an appointment, Mr rooter dispatched Matthew Gilberg to my property for a faucet install as well as resetting and installing a new o ring in one of my restroom toilets. Matthew had excellent service as well as was clear and transparent on what exactly needed to be done which made my experience that much better. Appreciate the service.
Clint came and fixed our clogged sewer line same day and showed us what he was seeing in the camera so we understood what type of issues we were dealing with. He was professional and courteous and helped us understand what else would need addressing as well. We recommend Clint and Mr. Rooter!

Thank goodness they sent Ben!!! When he came to my home for a standard repair that been "fixed" by other plumbers before, Ben found the true root of the problem with a standard home inspections of our drains and why it had been a repeat issue. He was very informative and clear with the problem with our drains and the causes and the best courses of actions for repairs and maintenance. After many calls to other plumbers that only fixed the problem temporarily, Ben is now the only one I am going to call!
Pascual did a great job leveling my toilet, replacing the wax ring, and installing all new inner parts in my tank. Very nice man and explained everything throughly before doing the job.

Sinatra and Isaac were great! They got our line unclogged and gave us an estimate on repairing the line. They were very thorough and professional.
Mr. Pascal Adams was/ is very professional. He explained everything he was doing . . He gave me an estimated and told me if the camera had to be used it would be more. I'm glad he told before and not afterwards. The price just right!
Repairman was early, very knowledgeable did the repair quickly and correctly. Charges for repairs were surprisingly fair.
We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.
I had a deep drain grease clog I couldn't clear myself, so I did some research and chose Mr. Rooter. They sent a technician, Kelvin, who successfully cleared the clog. I made the right choice; it was totally worth the cost! Thanks again Kelvin!! (If you see this)
Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, on time, and they tell you up front what the price will be. Patrick was prompt, courteous, and explained every thing he did and why. I've had other plumbers, but none as professional and up-front as Mr. Rooter. I will be keeping them on my list of go-to companies going forward.

Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

My wife and I have recently purchased a home in Bedford and soon after moving in we found a crack in the line from the home to the city sewer and rotos had grown in causing it to back up. Patrick McConnell from Mr. Rooter plumbing diagnosed the problem and ALSO performed the repair. We were pleased with his professional demeanor and friendly nature. What was more impressive was his willingness to show us what was happening and the fact that he DUG ALL HIS OWN HOLES! Wow! This guy worked hard! We would highly recommend him.
